MSFT E0500 bill with no invoice

Hello MSFT,

We are trying to track an invoice for a charge on a card referencing:

CARD PAYMENT TO MSFT *<E0500*****> masked for security reasons.

Please can you contact me and I will provide tenant ID info so that the card transaction and subsequent invoice tracked down as we have received no invoice for this transaction.

Generally, the global admin or billing admin in your tenent can check the billing related information, like bill or invoice in Office 365 Admin Center. And you can download the invoice which is showed as a .pdf file. Please see here to get the detailed information.

 

For Microsoft Azure user, the admin also can check the invoice information. Please see here.

 

In your case, we'd like to collect the tenant information and the detailed invoice number to consult with our related team. I have sent you a private message to collect these personal information.
