MS Word 2021 won't print envelopes correctly.

Envelope printing has been something of a dark art with Word and some printers. Addressing the issue is covered at https://www.gmayor.com/envelope_orientation.htm  The page refers to Epson inkjets but the basic information is universally applicable.

The latest Word is a disaster! Beside many faults, now you cannot get the post office line above the address that goes to the sender!. I had word for years before this new piece of garbage and it was perfect, no pun intended; it wasn't as good as Word Perfect, but did fairly well; I could type a letter easily and go to mailings; then I put in both addresses, print the envelope and it came out with what I put in PLUS the USPS bar code above the sender's address! This helps the post office scanner get the exact place to send the mail. Now it is gone!

That facility was removed because the bar codes that it generated did not conform to the requirements of the USPS
