MS Office 365 change account from work to personal on MacBook Air (macOS v11.4)

How do I remove my work MS Office 365 subscription on a MacBook Air (macOS v11.4)? The office apps appear to be registered/linked to my work email which I do not have anymore because I left the company. I would like to activate my current personal MS Office 365 subscription on this MacBook Air. Thanks!
