MS office 2021 for MAC activation

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, copy and view license function is not longer provided newest version Office in MS account dashboard.

While you buy or activate your Office, redemption process will make your Office 2021 for MAC license key relate to your MS account.

you could sign in to the dashboard for your account to check if your account has the related Office 2021 for MAC product and can see license or not

Sign step following in Manage your Microsoft 365 subscription - Microsoft Support

for you situation, if you can't see the licence there are workaround solution to activate your Office 2021 for MAC

you could remove you former license file then re-activate again

you could remove your Office Identities Cache as well

1. Sign out your account from Office applications

2. Clear Office keychain access.

Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access and remove the following password entries:

Microsoft Office Identities Cache

Microsoft Office Identities Settings

3.Search for all occurrences of ADAL in the keychain and remove all those entries if present.
