Hello all,
I recently purchased what I thought was a (3) user license (family pack) of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Edition online. I just received it in the mail, and I have a few questions about it before opening it.
The "certificate of authenticity" on the top side of the box has the line items "BTS--3429104-MSIN" and "Office Pro 2010 32-bit/x64 English Intl. DVD". It also has this HUGE yellow sticker right beside the certificate of authenticity that has the following information on it:
INGRAM-MICRO, VP#: 269-14670 ----- 116BD59 ----- Office Pro 2010 32-bit/x64 English Intl. DVD ----- 852100607
Is this an actual RETAIL (3) user license (family pack) that I may install on (3) of my home machines? I did some research online before posting this, and some people online state that it is a volume license. I'm not sure what that means, but I just want to make sure I'm getting what I paid for before I open the software.
Thanks in advance.
