MS Forms - Embedded form not showing on webpage, shows MS Form fill in form link to form in new window

Hello,

I have created a form in MS Forms that I wish to use in a webpage.

I have chosen the embed option with 'anyone with the link can respond'

I have embeded the code on my webpage

When I view the page I do not see the form, all I see is the following (image below) as is.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Are you trying to view the page in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge?

I have checked the link you've provided and I can view the form entitled INOU Reception Contact using Google Chrome.

I am using Firefox to view the page / form.

I have also tried MS Edge and get the following as well

Hi,

Thanks for the follow up.

Unfortunately, these do not help with the issue I am experiencing.

I am using a form and not a survey.

The MS Forms options I have available only provides four options:

Link
QR code
Embed
E-mail

There is no HTML code option, inline or otherwise. So I have to use the embed option.

Any other suggestions would be very welcome.

I'm sorry that it doesn't resolve your issue.
Can you please clear the cache and cookies on your device? Then try using Google Chrome to see if the form will work on your webpage.

Thank you for your assistance.

I have checked the issue with our web developer who has advised that the issue was caused by the coding of the website.

This has been corrected and the issue is now resolved.

Hi there, I'm having the same issue. Can you share how I can make the adjustment on our website? I am using WIX and wondering if there is another step I need to make. I plan on embedding a lot of forms, any quick guidance would be appreciated.
