Mover.io Can't Log In & Start Application

I cannot log into mover.io transfer wizard since 27/8/2024.

In the login page, I chose my account and it says "starting application" for a few seconds.

However, it fails to start the transfer wizard and returns to the login page.


I have tried to use different accounts and internet to login but still failed.

This causes individuals and students not able to move Onedrive files from school account to business account following the new storage limit imposed by Microsoft on Office 365 A1 plan users.


Mover.io is owned by Microsoft for individuals and students to transfer Onedrive files from one account to another.

Please tell mover.io managers about this problem as soon as possible.

Per your description, I assume that you are using the Mover Transfer Wizard to transfer files (stored in your education account's OneDrive) to your personal OneDrive.

 

If so, I have tested it on my end and can reproduce the same situation. This is abnormal and is most likely caused by the server.

 

In this case, we will report the problem on our end. Also, I recommend you report the problem to your tenant admin or IT team and ask them to raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> Help & support. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and contact the Development team to speed up the troubleshooting process.

Did you have any luck internally making the contact to the Mover.io guys, I hope so. I experience the same problem and have also a ticket running. I tried to contact the 365admin people, but that contact in EU appears to be only for business contact and I am personal user.

I have some further screen information that comes up when you quickly click through, before it kicks you out of the sign in.

I'm having the same issue...the Mover Sign In page will log me in for a couple of seconds, and I can see the "Select Source" and "Select Destination" page for only a couple of seconds, then it kicks me back to the login page again.

This is very frustrating, and I need to be able to move all my files from one Personal account to another before my OneDrive gets deleted from the account I'm moving files from. I don't need two accounts at the same time, in other words.

Mover is now retired for all Admin led migrations. The ability to migrate from Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, and Egnyte is fully integrated into Migration Manager. All FastTrack-led migrations have transitioned to Migration Manager. Migration Manager doesn't support the migration of Amazon S3 or Azure blob storage.
