Missing Notebook in OneNote app for Win10

In attempting to switch from OneNote 2016 to the OneNote app for Win10, I find that I am unable to use the notebook that I use the most. I have connected the correct accounts to the OneNote app. All the other notebooks from those accounts are visible when I click on the "More Notebooks" link. This notebook is on OneDrive. I can access it online at onenote.com. I can also access it via OneNote 2016.

I am also able to access this notebook in the OneNote Andoid app.

Any insight as to why that particular notebook does not show up in my "More Notebooks" list in the OneNote app for Windows 10?

I assume:

  1. you can open the notebook in OneNote Online
  2. when you click (in OneNote Online) on Open in OneNote the notebook is opened in OneNote 2016

You can change this setting for Open in OneNote 2016 to Open in OneNote for Windows by changing the association of the ONENOTE URL protocol from OneNote 2016 to OneNote for Windows:
