Missing Folders in OneDrive for Business

I did a system restore on my laptop and when it was completed I had to sign back into my Onedrive account which updated my folders but when done I was missing four folders that were there in the cloud before I did the restore.  I cannot find them in the recycle bin or any other area on my c drive on the laptop.  Wondering if I can get some help on trying to find where these folders went to.

I did find one folder and restore it but no documents were restored.  Once folder I cannot find is 03 - Presentations/Lunch & Learn Presentations  then there is a 4 - something and 7- something I cannot remember the names.

Hi! Unfortunately that didn't work.  The files seem to be completely missing with no record once I restored the system.

However, I realized one of my computers had not synced yet.  I turned off the wifi and copied the files to an external hard drive.  Once I copied everything over and turned wifi back on it worked just fine.
