Migrate to Office 365 from Zoho mail

Hello,

Our organization uses  Zoho mail cloud accounts, we need to migrate to Microsoft 365 Exchange cloud, please explain migration steps. I just want to discontinue Zoho and start with Microsoft 365. So, please provide the steps for the same with the details.

Hi Eden,

Thank you for posting. You may please check with your current email service provider to see whether they support IMAP protocol. If they support IMAP, you can use Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) to migrate email for the users from IMAP-enabled email servers to Microsoft 365. See IMAP migration in the Office 365 admin center
