microsoft word templates

I was wondering why I cannot access any of the templates in Microsoft word 2007?

I tried to access the cover letter template but each time I try to access the template, I just got a message saying that I can't access the template because my computer  is in offline but it is not in offline mode. It also says that I have to be online to access the template, but I am connected to the internet.

Can you answers these questions as soon as possible?

To access online templates, you can go directly to the Templates section at the Office site:

https://templates.office.com/

If you are referring to locally installed templates, you will have to customize your Office installation via Programs & Features in Control Panel. You may need the original Office 2007 installation disc.

Do you have the categories? Here is what I get when I select Resumes and Cover Letters.

At File > New I do not see any templates other than blank until I select a category.
