Microsoft Word Save As Dialogue Box

Recently I was trying to save a document when the dialogue box for the Save As option changed. I am wondering how I can change it back to the way it was. I am attaching a photo of how it currently looks.

Thanks In advance

Hi Amy, that screenshot is not coming through, please try that again

How to do that:
Click your Start Button, type snip and hit Enter - this will open the Snipping Tool

Set Mode to Full Screen, then click New to take a screenshot

Save that file to your Desktop and close the Snipping Tool

Then in your next Post, click the second last button on the toolbar above your post to select that image and upload it to your post . . ..

If the problem is with a dialog box, it would be better to show just the dialog box than the full screen.

Has it drastically changed size? If it is filling the Word window, you may have inadvertently maximized it. Double-click on the title bar to restore it down. And of course, when it is restored, you can resize it by dragging the lower right corner.

If the dialog looks like this:

then click the Browse Folders button to expand it.

If it looks like this:

then drag the arrow shown to drag down and reveal the usual contents.
