Microsoft VBA - Component not correctly registered

I cannot open any excel files that have Userforms as I get this message "Microsoft VBA - Errors occurred during loading".

If I open a blank excel file and try to insert a Userform I get a "Microsoft VBA - Component not correctly registered" error.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling office to no avail.

Can someone help me urgently?

Thanks

Barry

The problem is most likely with the FM20.dll which is located in C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder.  Try registering it and see if that overcomes the problem
Hope this helps,

Thanks Doug. Could you give me some pointers on how to do that please?

I tried regsvr32 /u FM20.DLL and then regsvr32 /i FM20.DLL in command prompt but i get the following error

I should also note that userforms are working in Word, just not in excel
