Microsoft Teams sign in error

We use MS teams in our organisation and we access it through our Office 365 for business license. Since recently some of our users receive the following notification requesting to authorize their credentials while working on the application.

When they hit the submit button, the whole dialog box freezes. Could you please help us to understand why this is happening and how to get rid of this authentication messages.

Thank you

Hi Ruth,

This issue may be related to Azure AD Seamless Single Sign-On, to solve this problem, you can try to add the following Azure AD URL to all or selected users' Intranet zone settings by using Group Policy in Active Directory:

https://autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com

For more detailed steps, please kindly refer to this article: Azure Active Directory Seamless Single Sign-On: Quick start

Feel free to post back and tell us how it is going if still have any problems.

Best,

Shawn

Hi Shawn,

I'm facing the same issue. Where else can I make the changes on from the local PC? I'm refraining from asking to make changes to policies from the IT.

Regards,

Kevin
