Microsoft Teams Error

I am trying to set up my Microsoft Teams app. I have Office 365 Home. I have never used Microsoft Teams. When I try to set it up or login I get this error message:

Next step???

Hi Atticus,
What domain is your address in? The message is telling you that someone using the same domain has already set up Teams.

I have no idea. I have the login to the main account that is subscribed to Office 365 (never used Microsoft teams with that one either) and then this account which is a sub-account under that. Neither account has used Microsoft teams and both of them get the same error message.

You have an Office 365 Home subscription and are trying to sign up for the free Teams or is it a business Office 365 account?

Are you trying to create a Teams account using an Outlook.com address?

Not the free one.

Trying to login to teams with my office 365 account using the email address attached to the 365 account which is my email address from my ISP.

I have tried with two different 365 accounts, the main 365 account that pays for the subscription, and the account that 365 is shared with. Both come up with that same message.

You have the Home subscription and a Microsoft account using your isp email address? You'd get the free Teams.

If you have your own domain and a Office 365 business email account, teams is included with the account.
