This screenshot shows what licenses your organization purchased. What I want to check is that what licensed you are assigned. Sign in with your work or school account at
Settings, and then under My app settings, choose
Office 365. On the My account page, choose
Besides, you can also go to Office 365 admin center -> Users -> Active Users. Click on your account and choose Licenses and Apps. Under apps, select SharePoint Online and wait for a few hours. Double check the problem in Teams mobile again.
