Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365

I am Using Windows 10 Home, 64 Bit

I'm subscribed to Office 365

I am the administrator

I am having issues with my Outlook.  Downloaded application "SetupOutlook" but when I try to install it, as I get the following:

"Application Install - Security Warning"

"Your administration has blocked this application because it potentially poses a security risk to your computer"

From "outlookdiagnostics.asureedge.net"

Publisher is "Microsoft Corporation"

At the bottom of this message there is a shield with an "X" inside it and the following message "your security settings do not allow this application to be installed on your computer"

Hi Tardy,

I suggest you to follow these steps:

  1. Press Windows key + R, type regedit.exe in the search box and press Enter.
  2. Right click the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and click Permissions.
  3. Click on Add in Security tab and add a new group: Everyone.
  4. Select Everyone and check the option: Full Control.
  5. Restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved or not.
