Microsoft Publisher on Office 365 Business?

We are a small business with only 3 employees using Microsoft Office 365 for Business.

We have one person who uses Publisher for our newsletters on an old PC and want others to learn.

But when I look at our Office 365 account there is no publisher.  If I search on the Microsoft pages it seems to be included with the Home/Personal offers?

I do not want to pay another £59 a year just for a Home 365 product to get Publisher - surely there is an option to add Publisher to our existing Office 365 for Business?

Thanks for your updates.

 

The screenshots you provided shows that the Office 365 applications you can use online not the desktop clients. As the Publisher application only has the desktop version in Office 365 now, you can’t use the online version. What you see is a normal behavior. Please check if the Publisher 2016 application is on your computer and use the Publisher 2016 client instead.
