MICROSOFT OFFICE NOT WORKING - error code 30015-13(3221225506)

Hello Please, I need help.

I use a surface laptop 4 and recently I updated my computer.

After doing so I noticed that all office apps just won't work.

I have done everything possible to fix it:

1. Using the repair tool - I consistently get this error code 30015-13(3221225506)

2. I even wiped my computer clean and on boot, I get the following message from all office apps 'we are sorry but word has run into some problems that prevent it from working correctly

3. I have downloaded the offline installer for office it also gave me the same error

4. I have used the sfc scannow tool on cmd

5. I have uninstalled and reinstalled office

6. I have turned off my antivirus and firewall during installations

7. I have even tried to delete the office registry but that has been impossible because the computer would not let me.

Please I am in a dire situation I can't work and I need some help. Thanks.

Thank you very much for the reply.

I just tried creating another account and signing in and it didn't work. Same error.

I have added the version below. Immediately I open any office app the error quickly pops up I was lucky to quickly click on account before the error pops up. This is incredibly frustrating.
