I installed on 6 Jan 2014 of Microsoft Office for a free one-month period. However, this messed up my printing function--it says I have to run the "Oneline" first before I can print. It also messed up the original configuration of my printer to my computer.

Please can you help me delete my Microsoft subscription and restore my printer function back to normal. Thanks

When you install a version of Office that contains OneNote, OneNote sets itself as the default printer.

On the Start Screen type in Printers, click on Devices and Printers and re-set your printer as the default.

On the Start Screen type in Printers, click on Devices and Printers and re-set your printer as the default.

Thanks. I can't reset my printer. Please would you let me know how I can unsubscribe Office and OneNote, now. These software mess up my computer and my printing function.

Sign on to your Office 365 Home page, click on My Account, scroll down to Subscriptions and click on "cancel this subscription".

What happens when you try to re-set the printer?

I could not get the program to work, could not type a document,so I want to cancel the free trial. I do not want to be charged for the **** that I received. I have no program listed in my control panel so please cancel my subscription immediately. THANK YOU.
