Microsoft Office 365 -50% offer

Hi,

I updated to Windows 10 21H1 and when I restarted my computer, I was invited to set a few parameters (ie. choose Microsoft Edge as default browser), then after that there was an advertisment to subscribe to Microsoft Office 365 Family with 50% off (49.49€ instead of 99€). I declined the offer, but now I don't know how to get back to it.

Should I uninstall the 21H1 update to get the offer back?

Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor

It seems to me you need further helps on the coupon & Subscription issues, I suggest you double-check this issue with the subscription support team and see if they still have the same coupon offer left for you.

So please visit this link below:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

Please follow these steps:
Please visit the link above then click "Contact support in the browser instead." > type in "agent" > select the "Office & Microsoft 365 (home)" from the product list option > Select billing > Now you have options either to request free callback service or chat with the billing support team.

Kind Regards,
I'm an independent advisor. I'm not a Microsoft staff.

No need to do that since Updates are so frequent.

I noticed that offer too during Windows Feature Updates.  Maybe I left it open too long the validation failed.
Then I made certain to AGREE to ALL Offers and Notices in Windows Settings.
Sure enough it appeared later.  March 16.

It can also show up at Reboot too.

Hi OR,

I've run into the same offer after I installed windows updates, I tried to look for 50% offer and this is how:

1) Click Start button

2) Click Settings

On top of the Setting screen, you should see your name and account and next to your name on the right should show some buttons about updates, then click it (it could only click once, from my experience i still can't get the offer page up for the 3rd time).

Then it should bring you to the offer page again, this time , make sure you do the payment of 50% offer.

I still try to find how to get it back for the 3rd time, if anyone know how, please let me know.

Best Hopes,

Phatchet V.

Thank you Phatchet Vittayanula, your response was super helpful! I had missed the offer then, and now got it as per your suggestion. Just one difference - I did not click on any 'updates' next to my name/account in Settings. Instead, I clicked on 'quick tour of microsoft services' or something and then the offer showed up again.

Thanks!
