Microsoft Lens showing as Jailbroken

Hello All

Since the update to Microsoft Lens we have noticed that users are getting a message that the app is showing as jailbroken and all data will be wiped and removed.

We have tried the normal steps of reinstalling and signing out and back in on the app but we have also signed out of the company portal and back in to no afftect

We have also removed and re-added the application in Intune and reissued to no affect

Has anyone else had this since the update at all?

Also, these are all on iPhone running iOS 18

Thanks

Hi Adam

Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Community.

We have noticed that you seem to be experiencing problems when using Microsoft Lens in an Intune environment. I wish I could help, but it is more suitable to publish in Microsoft Learn Intune, more users post these problems there, you can click "Ask a question", there are experts and users who can provide you with more professional solutions in that place.

Here's a link: <Microsoft Intune - Microsoft Q&A> to the forum where you can raise specific situations and get help from users or experts who are more concerned about those issues.

The reason why you are redirected to a different community is because the Microsoft community has different divisions. I sincerely hope that your query will be handled properly after contacting the appropriate department.

Thank you for your understanding!

Best regards
