Microsoft HUP Account Access

Hi,

I have purchased a Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 through Microsoft HUP. I have received a confirmation email that comes with the software key and link to the "My Account" page. But I can't seem to log into the "My Account" page. Whenever I try to log-in I get this message:
   
    "Please redeem your Microsoft Home Use Program purchase before visiting the My Account Page."
   
I have tried everything, even using my work email address that I got the software through the MS HUP program.

Can someone please assist me as to how I can access my account and download the software that I bought?

Did you register the product key with the Microsoft Account?

 

If you have not registered the purchased product key with the Microsoft Account, then refer to the following link to sign in or create a Microsoft account to download and install Office 2013.

Hi Nayana,

I tried the link you sent and it did not work. I entered the product key for Office Pro Plus 2013 I got in the email from Microsoft HUP and  I got the following message:

    "The Product Key entered was not recognized as a valid Product Key. Please check the characters entered and try again."

I have purchased this product and have a valid key. Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

Your best bet is to contact the HUP support site directly. A few people have posted about the same problem.

https://www.microsofthup.com/hupus/contactus.aspx---click on Customer Support and then Contact Us. There is a Drop Down field at the top to select the country you live in. Note: the site is run by Digital River for MS

--------Read this is the solution----------

1) click the start button (bottom left corner)
2) Search for Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
3) Go to Google and type Office Home use program
4) Click the first link (it is hopefully: https://www.microsofthup.com/hupus/myaccountlogon.aspx?culture=en-US)
5) Go to my account (top right corner)
6) Input your credentials 
7) And wallah... navigate all the way to the download!
