Microsoft Forms Response

Is there any way to get the form response from an API?. Where the response is saving to?. Is that accessible from external?. If i want to store the response to other database, is it possible?

For your concerns:

 

1. No. For now, there is no API to access Forms. For more details, please view the following threads.

2. Microsoft Forms data is stored on servers in the United States, with the exception of data for European-based tenants. The data for European-based tenants is stored on servers in Europe.

3. If you mean sharing the form/quiz with external responders, then yes. Form/quiz can share an anyone link to external responders. If you mean editing the form/quiz, viewing all responses, only the form/quiz owner can.

 

4. Since the form owner can export all form results in an Excel workbook, yes, you can store the response to other databases by converting the workbook to other databases.
