Microsoft Forms, how do we add files to the form?

How do we attach files to the forms? I would like to attach files so that we can have more information.

Hi Jake56Fly,

It's not feasible to add attachments to Microsoft Forms. We understand it's more convenient if users are able to add attachments to Microsoft Forms. You could vote this feedback in Microsoft Forms Uservoice to let the related team hear your voice. Given the tag of that feedback is "working on it", you may also follow up Office 365 Road Map to get the updates for this feature.
