Microsoft 365 - "this product can't be installed on the selected update channel".

What does this mean?

How do I allow the install?

I am not an expert in these things but I have a solution that mybe can fix your problem

1. Open registry editor.

2. Go through this path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\OfficeUpdate

3. Delete OfficeUpdate key (folder)

4. Restart your computer (recommended)

5. try to install office

If you didnt understand anything from me, you can watch this Video( this Video is not from me)

if you have an old install of office so.....uninstall it then (restart) try to install office.
