Microsoft 365 Family - How do you separate each computer by family member using Microsoft 365 Family?

Purchased Microsoft 365 Family -

When Microsoft 365 Family was installed on each computer, it loaded the same family Member(1) account, OneDrive, all 365 program's folders and documents on each of the computer and named that computer family Member(1). From my understanding we should be able to separate each family members account per computer.
Tried

I have removed family Member(1) from a PC (2) through Account.Microsoft.Com but it did remove Member(1) account from Member(2)'s PC(2).

and

Go to the Windows Settings > Accounts > Family and other users and create the accounts on the PC for each family member.

Detailed instructions here. Make sure you click either the Windows 11 or the Windows 10 tab. If you know each user's Microsoft account then you can fill in that information: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and scroll down to Family > View your family and add family members there.

How do you separate each computer by family member using Microsoft 365 Family?

Hello Jerryscomputer1, Welcome to Microsoft Community. I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well. Did you share the subscription to the family's member's account or are all members using the same Microsoft account. According to Microsoft, "with Microsoft 365 Family subscription, you can share your subscription benefits with up to five other people. You do this by sending each person an invitation or by adding them to your Microsoft family (with their own Microsoft account). After each person accepts the invitation, they can sign in (using their own Microsoft account) to www.office.com to install Office on their devices and access their own 1 TB of OneDrive storage. All member should have a private OneDrive account. How to invite someone to share your Microsoft 365 Family subscription benefit: 1. Sign in to your Microsoft account, Sharing page using link below. Be sure to use the same Microsoft account that you used to set up your Microsoft 365 Family subscription. https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing 2. Select the Start sharing button. 3. On the Share your subscription pop up, choose one: >> Invite via email Enter their email and select Invite. The email you use to invite them should also be the email they use for their shared Microsoft 365 subscription. >> Invite via link Select the Copy button to send the link via email, text, or other message to the person you want to share with. When they click the link and sign in with their Microsoft account, they'll be added to your subscription. If you want to share with more than one person, create a separate link for each person. 4. If you chose to invite via email in step 3, select Invite if you want to add this person to your Microsoft family. You can always add them later too. 5. After they accept your invitation, they can sign in (using their own Microsoft accounts) to www.office.com to install Office on their devices and access their own 1 TB of OneDrive storage". Originally this was a different Family account. That account is expiring in next month and is currently on all computers under the same profile. Sounds like I need to remove that account from all computers, then invite them.

How do you delete them from the computer?

Jerryscomputer1, you need to share your subscription with these accounts and use the member accounts to sign into Office apps. Since the correct Office licenses are installed, you simply need to sign in.

I shared the family subscription with my son and word works OK.

BUT

When he signs into his computer he gets my desktop and documents and not his own space.

How can he get his own space and desktop?
