Lost Access to GA account / M365 Tenant

Since the technical support phone number listed on the Microsoft website for Australia, 13 20 58, moved services online, how do you open a technical support query without using GA or another admin account?

Based on your description, I understand you concern with unable to access to GA account.

May I know whether you are using Microsoft 365 Business/Education subscription, Microsoft 365 Family/Personal account(Such as Outlook.com/Hotmail.com/live.com) or any other subscription?

If you are using Microsoft 365 Business/Education subscription,  it is suggested to contact our technical team via phone support, see Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

 

Note: While phone call, press "1" as business email user and press "1" again as technical support. You also need to provide your subscription purchased information such as school name, billing information, phone number, alternative email address etc. So, they will be able to assist you to re-enable your domain/account.
