lookup county in excel sheet based on zip code

I need to file sales tax. i do sell on ebay and receive payment on paypal. on paypal report, there is column for buyers address including street address , city , zip code and states. there is no column on excel sheet report issued by paypal for the COUNTY. when filling sales tax , I do need the county and it is hard to find which county online for every single buyer.

I do have all zipcodes database in another file, which has zip code , city , county and state . 

the question is how i can use excel ( 365 version) to lookup every zip code on paypal report and type it for me in different column to make my job easier to filter and file my taxes faster.

I know there is taxjar do this job which i will have to do in case if there is no solution. respond is very appreciated.

zYou should use VLOOKUP function for this.

Assuming you have Zip codes in column A,  and you have your ZIP Code along with country name in column J:L (You may have other file for this, in that case give ref to range of that file)

Now give this formula at B2 and copy down.

=VLOOKUP(A2,$J:$L,3,0)
