When I am writing in Yahoo Mail as well as Microsoft Office Word, my cursor jumps around so I can be typing in one place and suddenly I'm typing in another. It also cuts copy while I am typing.
Please don't tell me it's the touchpad because I've disabled it and I work on a laptop with Windows 10 using a hard-wired mouse.
I am a free-lance writer and this is destroying my work.
I took the computer to Staples and the tech there suggested that since I had disabled the touchpad, the problem could be from dirt on the key board. He cleaned it and I bought a silicone cover for the keypad and for a time this solved the problem. But now it's back. Please help me before I lose my livelihood to the computer mouse.
