Hi! EmmanMA,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I realize that you've encountered a problem with need to change the format of your resume template and I understand how you feel.

The build template you provided is actually based on table design, so you can modify it by adjusting the table row height and font size, the following are the detailed steps:

1. Please select Name here > right mouse click and select Table Properties > select "Row" > change "Row height is" to Exactly, and then reduce the row height.

2. You will be able to see the left side of the photo was covered up, please select the left side of all the content (that is, select the left side of a whole column) > right mouse click and select Merge, the left side of the cell merger, the photo will be restored to normal!

I've sent you the modified file by private message. Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the page > Click on the three dots in the lower right corner of your username in the pop-up screen > Click on View Private Message

If you think that the result of my modification does not meet your expected invitation, you can follow the above steps to adjust it yourself

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and I look forward to hearing from you.
