Inventory Check In/Check Out System

Hello,

I'm trying to develop an inventory check in/check out system that can use Microsoft Forms or some other useful app to keep track of the items.

I am hoping to be able to easily use a QR Code that takes you to the Form which you can fill out for the time and date you are planning to check the item out and return it.

I am hoping to be able to sync up forms to the outlook calendar, and make it easy for people to see when the item is being checked out and checked back in.

Also, I want to NOT be able to schedule the item if someone has already scheduled it.  I.e., it will not let you schedule over someone else.

Are you still having the same exact issue? You may create a form that you want using Microsoft Office applications. Do you have a specific application that you wanted to use with this?
