I was charged $105.95 for a subscription to Microsoft 365 which I DID NOT order, DO NOT need nor want.

I was charged $105.95 for a subscription to Microsoft 365 which I DID NOT order, and DO NOT need nor want. When I try to cancel the subscription, I get a message that says I cannot cancel because I've already paid for it. I had no choice than to pay for it because, despite numerous attempts to stop you from doing so, you debited my checking account for the full amount of the subscription.

I want a full and immediate refund.

Ich möchte das Abo nicht ich habe es gekündigt von Microsoft 365 und ich habe es auch nicht verlängert und es wurde trotzdem 99,00€ von meinem Konto abgebucht ich möchte es mit sofortiger Wirkung zurück haben mein Name Hubert Milinski meine E-mail.Adresse *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
