I finished a 3D map on excel, how do I download it as an interactive file?

The only way I've seen to do it was to send the entire excel file and then had to separately click on the 3D map button. Is there a faster way to do this? I need it for a presentation.

To download your 3D map as an interactive file, you can save it as a Power Map video. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Click on the "Insert" tab in Excel.

2. Click on "Power Map" in the "Tours" section.

3. Click on "Create Video"

Once the video is saved, you can easily share it with others and use it in your presentation.
