I don't see my license product info.

If you purchased this licence from a third-party retailer, it will not be displayed in your order history as it wasn't purchased from Microsoft store. I have bought the office program at Apple Store İstanbul, also I have installed with the help of Apple store sales rep. As I have login into my Microsof account ı used to see my purchases detail, however now, there is no my purchases detail/info anything beside offers ne to buy microsoft 365:(

Sinem S, thank you for sharing this information. However, you cannot purchase a subscription from Apple Store and expect to see it in your Microsoft account. When you purchase from Apple store (any third party retailer), your subscription is with them regardless that it is a Microsoft subscription. Dear Reymond, Thank you for your response, I have bought microsoft office&home 2021 package at Apple Store however all the installment procedure followed by accordingly. I have had entered microsoft page, used the code given for the installment, everything went ok, I have installed all programs such as powerpoint, world, excel etc. It is still working by the way. But last week I have had deleted my outlook mail account mistakenly, I have all my mail account such as my hotmail, gmail, and company email under outlook. I wanted to re-installed outlook, then I have realized that in Microsoft account I am a new customer! my account subscription and purchase history is zero! As you see below on the 15th of November I am microsoft office&home 2021 user, order detail, billing info was exist. I don't know what happened, When I wanted to re-install outlook, microsoft offers me " buy microsoft 365- you are using free version of...." then I have realized something wrong! I believe the problem is with my microsoft account. How could we resolve this issue. Today I needed to install outlook, I have to go with free version although I have a right to use pro...

Are you certain that you are checking the right Microsoft account for this licences ? If you have other Microsoft account, confirm if this license is associated with it. If you are still unable to find your license, I recommend you contact Microsoft support via live chat to assist you find your Office license. Kindly go to Microsoft Contact Us website: http://support.office.com/home/chat 1. Type "Office license" and click Get Help. 2. Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page. 3. Log in with your Microsoft account. 4. Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option. 5. Under category, select Manage Subscription. 6. Click "Chat with a support agent".
