I can't update my Office 2016 app to Office 2019, but i'm still have an Office 365 ProPlus Subscription

I have Office 365 ProPlus subscription with Office 2016 installed, but when I'm trying to click update now, it's says my office is up to date. I can't upgrade to Office 2019 version. Help me please :(

Hi Mario,

Office 2019 and Office 365 ProPlus are different products with different activation ways. Office 2019 is a one-time purchase product and Office 365 is a subscription-based product which can get the latest updates and may have more features than Office 2019. So you don’t need to buy Office 2019 and I suggest you continue to use Office 365 ProPlus to get the latest feature updates and version updates.
