I cant seem to install Microsoft 365 Personal.

I've bought a new laptop and I want to install Word and PowerPoint etc. I've purchased 365 personal but anytime I hit the install option it just takes me to the services and subscription tab which doesn't give me an option to install it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you purchased Microsoft 365 that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account online and it is from there that you can install Office without the need for a product key:

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Do you not see your subscription listed on that link?

If not, are you sure you sed that exact same Microsoft Account to purchase Office?

Hi Mark, did you purchase your Microsoft 365 Personal directly from the Microsoft Store Or did you purchase Product Key from a third party vendor?

In either case can you sign into Services & Subscriptions at:  https://account.microsoft.com/services  You need to sign in with the same Microsoft Account that you used to purchase your Office from the Microsoft Store OR used with a Product Key purchased from a third party vendor. There should be an install link for your Office there. I appreciate that you said above that you were directed to Services & Subscription!

That's what I thought but it doesn't give me an option to install anything just it shows me what subscription I have.

I purchased it directly from Microsoft. Its blowing my mind why it just isn't a simple click to install the apps etc.

Hi Mark,

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
