I can't login Office 365 student with A1 Plus license

I have a question regarding my office student account. So I'm currently unable to log in to the account at all. My office license is A1 Plus. My position has not yet graduated from university and I am still an active student. I'm confused as to why this could happen. I did not change the account password at all because the administrator did not allow changing the password independently. I also submitted a password change email to the administrator from last week but there was no response. Can Microsoft help me with this problem ?. Thanks.

May I know whether you are trying to sign into Office for mac apps or accessing Office 365 portal with your work or school account?

In case you are signing to your Office for mac apps, try going to Office 365 portal and check if it lets you sign in with your work or school account. If you can sign into browser without any issue, then the problem is with the desktop apps. In this case, please provide us with the screenshot of the error that you receive in Office for mac apps so we can understand the situation and provide you with the suggestions.

If you are getting issues accessing your account in browser itself, then your tenant admin is the only person how who can help you get the access back. We, forum moderators, do not have the permission to reset the password of an individual account and also your request involves the exchange of PII (personally identifiable information) which is not appropriate to be carried out in public.

If the issue is with the Office for mac apps, please reply with the related information. For the login issue in Office 365 portal, please contact your admin.

I tried to log in to the website https://www.office.com but I still can't log in. I still remember my password very well then I tried to log in repeatedly on the office.com website and the Office 365 application on the Macbook still couldn't. Then I checked my office student account at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office, my account is still there. The office student account that I logged in on my personal Windows computer recently appeared a notification as shown in the picture I add.

Sorry, I censored my university in public for privacy reasons. Then as I said before, I have contacted the administrator for help but have not received a reply until now. I can't even go to campus because it's closed during the pandemic. If the only way to fix my problem was to contact the admin, I have no more complaints. Maybe for now I use alternative office on my Mac until the admin replies to me I don't know how long it will take.

At least I really appreciate moderator notice my problem here.

Anyway here I add some pictures :

Instead of accessing Office.com, try https://portal.office.com/, sign in with your work or school account, check it brings the same error. Also, please try opening a browser in InPrivate mode and then accesshttps://portal.office.com/ to check the result

As this is the password issue, only your school admin can help you reset the password. Your school admin has the access/privilege to reset your password.
