I installed Microsoft Office 365 2016 on my computer (Windows 7, 64 bits), however I have not been able to login with my account in the programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) because when I click on "login" (either from the account section, from the top bar of the programs or from microsoft team) the popup window is blank.

I read that some people solved it by installing Internet Explorer 11, but it is no longer compatible with Windows 7 and will not download from the Microsoft page. I thought that since it is due to a browser issue it would be solved by installing Microsoft Edge, however even setting it as default browser the problem continues: the window is still blank.
PS: I couldn't even install the Windows Support and Recovery Assistant as it gives an error when running it.
