I Can't access my one drive!!!

My one drive gone and i can do anything on my Microsoft 365 account.

when i click new word form office online, it says:

Please try again later. If this problem persists, you can try to create a new document from OneDrive.

when i click one drive or my account on delve, it says:

This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy located in the Terms of Use. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact our Support team using M365 Admin Center for further assistance.

According to the message you received, your account appears to be locked, and for this phenomenon, you need to contact the admin user to ask them to open a ticket in the admin center, so that they can directly contact Microsoft's support staff, and only they have permission to handle such issues: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
