I cannot open Microsoft 365, Word or Excel. Case opened a week ago. What is the status of CASE ID: 7040069019?

My powerpoint is not responding at all, when you try opening it, it says there is an error preventing you from accessing powerpoint but afterwards when I click on help nothing comes I really need to use this application so please send me your feedback on how to solve this my problem immediately.
