Log into your Microsoft Account on this link: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

What Microsoft Office licence do you see linked to your account?

2
Open Word, then go to File - Account.

What Microsoft Office licence do you see listed there?

Hi ShivaPrasad7

Where do you see that Office Home and Student 2019, is that on your account online and also when you go to File - Account in Word?

Okay, if you see that Office Home and Student 2019 licence in both places, log out of Office at the top right of Word, then restart (not shut down) your PC and then log back into Office, does that prompt Office to see your licence associated to your account?
