Hyperlink a cell within workbook

Hi! I am able to hyperlink a cell to another within the same workbook but when I add in additional rows or columns they hyperlink does not update. The link sends me to the same original cell. I've tried the absolute/reference solutions but still can't seem to get it. Look forward to any ideas/suggestions, even absolute/reference ones as I may have not done it properly?

Thanks for the help!

re:  better hyperlink

Try this version of the Hyperlink Function (borrowed from Dave McRitchie)...
  =HYPERLINK("#"&CELL("address", Sheet2!I6), Sheet2!I6)

Note:  Change the Sheet name (Sheet2!) and cell location (I6) only.
Leave the # sign and "address" portion alone.
The "Sheet2!I6" at the right end of the formula returns the value from that cell.
You can change that as desired; to another cell or enter some text.
