HUP links not working for Office 2019

The emailed link for HUP gives the following page;

https://www.microsoft.com/en-nz/store/b/office-home-use-program?rtc=1

Which in turn a has links to various versions of Office, such as the following;

Office Professional Plus 2019

Licensed for 1 PC

 

A Home Use Programme discount on this product is only available if your employer’s Home Use Programme administrator has selected you for this product-specific discount. See FAQ for more details

However the Learn More link for Windows and MAC goes to a page that states;

We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.

The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available.

You need to receive a link from your employer. Here is more information about HUP. Here is the FAQ page for the Home Usage Program (HUP).

I got exactly the same issue as you. After having a closer look at the FAQ on the program page, I have seen the following information:

What happened to the prior Home Use Program that offered Microsoft Office Professional Plus, and versions of Visio and Project to Software Assurance Benefit customers?

Microsoft will be retiring these product offerings through the Home Use Program and will be offering the most up-to-date Office experience with Home Use Program to Office 365 Home and Personal at a significant discount. Please check with your IT administrator to confirm if you are still eligible to purchase these products. If you are eligible visit microsofthup.com to purchase.

I can confirm this problem for the HUP landing page.  Both links for Office Professional Plus 2019 and Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac are not working properly:

I'm seeing the same issue.  Have called MS support and was bounced around to four different departments.  I was given a phone number to call that turned out to be the UK contact number for Digital River, and the first person I talked to was unable to help, but arranged a call-back for me. I am currently awaiting said call.

Yeah. Buy it from the American site.  Go here:

https://www.microsofthup.com/hupus/home.aspx

And choose united states as your country. Use ANY address and phone number so long as they are in American format. Look up the address of Empire State Building for example, and use the contact phone number. It doesnt have to match the address and phone number associated with your credit card. 

I was able to purchase Office 2019 this way.

Office uses whatever your system language happens to be. I just tried changing my system langaige to French Canadian, and the fired up word. Not only are all of the menus now in French, but the spell-check dictionary changed to French as well. So all good.

The HUP is a total nightmare.  I should have just paid the $80 or whatever because I have been with customer support for 2 hours on this.
