How to write error to text file

Hi All,

We are  Updating O365 license for 100 users using scrip So time its getting errors due to some issues in the account 

Do we have any options to write error to text file so we can check the non updated accounts 

Please advice me

Hi Imtech,

To write error to a text file, we can add 2> D:\foldername\error.txt to the end of the command, here is the example:

To check the non updated accounts, you can use this tool: Export a License reconciliation report from Office 365 using PowerShell.

Download the tool from the above link > right click the tool and select Run with PowerShell > sign in with your Office 365 admin account  > a .csv file named Office_365_Licenses.csv which contains the license details will be generated in the path where you put the .ps1 file.
