how to sign into my microsoft PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Instead of telling me how to disable read only and sharing. 

please send me a link how to sign out on Microsoft work school account back to my Microsoft PERSONAL account?

does anyone have a link. I would like to get back to work.

Never mind you don't understand. Jusat frustrated it it all. and can't work consdiering using libre office

It isn't clear if you have tried removing one account and adding the other, as Emmie Lou Olaguir suggested. What goes wrong when you try switching accounts?

Or are you saying that you want to replace an Office installation provided by your school with a personal one?
