How to show the DATE on the table

Hi Angelique，

Seems you want to show date in the pivot table.(the table on the left hand)

If I misunderstand, feel free to correct me.

If you select and right click any of cells with month in the Row Labels column, can you find Ungroup option? Click it, does it show date in the table?

If it's not what you want, please share a full screenshot of your original table(original data) which your pivot table and pivot chart created from, and let us know your Office version and channel(File>Account).

I tried ungroup it and have the date but I want only the total record of each day...

This is my worksheet:

After ungroup:

It does show the date but not the summary of each day.

My understanding is that you want to show the date and the summary of each day on the pivot table.

If you remove the Years field from Rows of the pivot table, does it meet your requirement? You may try to recreate the pivot table and test again.

I removed years from the table but still can not get the summary of each day.....
