How to remove white boxes in header on Word?

Tried searching for what this is called, but can't find any info.

When I double-click it, it goes directly to the header section. Tried removing the header and creating a new Word document, but those two annoying boxes stay there.

Any idea how to remove this or at least what these are called please?

Hi Jack,

In Word, go to File - Options

On the left click Advanced

On the right scroll down to the 'Show Document Content' section

Turn off the option 'Show Crop Marks'

That's It!
