How to remove replies in Microsoft Forms

As per your description, it seems that you want to remove the submitted response from Microsoft Form.

You may follow my steps below:

1.Go to your Microsoft Form

2. Click "Responses" tab

3. Click on View Results

4. Choose the response you submitted from the drop-down

3. Click the 3 dots (. . .) on the bottom right of the greyed response area.

4.  Click on "Delete Response" 

If there is many submitted response, you may click on "Delete all response button".
