As per your mentioned description about "how to recover my old loss contoso.com id and password" kindly note this is very sensitive and should not be discussed here in a public forum which is accessible to all Microsoft customers. We value your organization’s security and privacy; If your account is Microsoft365 Work/School account and if you are end user/if you are admin but other user has admin rights, it is suggested to contact your admin and ask admin to reset password for your account. Admin can do it by follow Manage user authentication options. (if you are not sure who is your admin, can refer this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).
